Stupid Mistakes
It is often these that cause most of the injuries and deaths in a work place, sometimes it is an accident and others it is because they are just being lazy. I cannot count the number of times that I have nearly fallen over backpacks that people have left near their desks. Although they always seem to be out of the way in the morning, by the afternoon they are always in the middle of the floor. If they are in the way then put them either within the floor or ceiling. On top fof this you should always have checks on the cables to see if there are any wears and tears, if there are they need to be replaced before a fire breaks out.
